We guarantee our inflatables against manufacturing defects related to the material, including vinyl anomalies, lamination defects, or porosity, provided the product has been used under normal conditions and following our operating recommendations.
High-Performance Stitching
We stand behind the structural integrity of the main seams, critical joints, access walkways, and high-tension areas. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defect that compromises the strength of the inflatable.
Commercial Blowers
Blower motors include a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including internal electrical winding failures or original component defects affecting their proper operation.
Integrated Elements
The warranty includes valves, internal hose connections, stainless steel anchor rings, and other factory-installed components, exclusively covering defects attributable to the manufacturing process.

Warranty Exclusions
To provide transparent service and ensure proper use of our products, the D's Jumpers warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, improper use, or conditions unrelated to the manufacturing process.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage from Use or Accidents: Cuts, punctures, burns, tears, or any damage caused by sharp objects, unsuitable surfaces, fireworks, vandalism, or misuse of the equipment.
- Improper Storage: Damage caused by storing the inflatable wet or without adequate ventilation, including thread deterioration, mold formation, mildew, bad odors, or damage to the material.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by third parties without prior written authorization from D's Jumpers, as these may compromise the safety and proper operation of the product.
- Electrical Damage: Failures in motors or electrical components caused by voltage variations, improper electrical connections, use of extension cords that do not meet recommended specifications, or deficient electrical installations.
- Use Outside Recommended Conditions: Damage caused by operating the inflatable during thunderstorms, heavy rain, winds exceeding 25 km/h (15 mph), or by exceeding the maximum user capacity indicated for each model.
- Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear resulting from continuous use of the inflatable, including color fading from prolonged sun exposure, surface wear, or any condition considered typical of commercial product use.
